Refund Policy

Once your payment is processed and your booking is confirmed, your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled service time.

We may issue a full or partial refund when:

• We cancel your appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or staffing
• You cancel with reasonable advance notice and we are able to rebook the slot
• A duplicate charge or payment processing error occurred
• Service could not be completed due to an issue on our end

Refunds are generally not provided when:

• You miss your appointment without contacting us (no-show)
• You arrive significantly late and we cannot complete service in the remaining time
• The vehicle condition prevents normal detailing beyond what was disclosed at booking
• You simply change your mind after the appointment window has begun

Car wash and detailing services may be affected by weather or operational conditions. If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you and offer a new time or a refund at your option when rescheduling is not possible.

To request a refund, contact us with your booking confirmation email, name, appointment date, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

If you select a time slot but do not complete payment within the 15-minute hold period, no charge is made and no refund is necessary. If payment was attempted but not confirmed, your booking remains pending until payment verification is complete.
