These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the online booking system at Bubble Zone Car Wash and your purchase of Express Detailing services. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Bubble Zone Car Wash provides express auto detailing and related car wash services at our Visalia, California location. Services, pricing, and availability shown during checkout are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of payment is the price you will be charged.
You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment with a vehicle that is safe to service and free of hazardous materials.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made as a guest checkout. When you select a time slot, it is held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within that window, the hold expires and the slot may become available to other customers.
Payments are processed securely through Square. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt when your booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to our refund policy and may limit future booking availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for vehicles that are unsafe, excessively soiled in a way that prevents normal service, or that violate applicable laws.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and removing personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Bubble Zone Car Wash is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.
You agree not to misuse the booking website, attempt to circumvent slot holds, or interfere with the operation of our systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubble Zone Car Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or booking platform. Our liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that transaction. Continued use of the booking system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
